1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform. Continued access constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.

2. Purpose of Platform

This platform is provided solely as a documentation-assist tool intended to help licensed or authorized professionals draft EMS narratives. It is not a medical device, diagnostic engine, dispatch authority, or autonomous charting system.

3. No Medical Advice

The platform does not provide medical advice, treatment guidance, clinical orders, or patient-specific recommendations. Any output is informational only and must not be treated as a substitute for clinical assessment, medical direction, protocol compliance, or professional judgment.

4. User Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for all input submitted to the platform, all reports generated or edited with platform assistance, and all final documentation used for patient care, billing, legal, operational, or compliance purposes. You retain sole ownership and sole responsibility for the final report content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to platform use, report content, documentation errors, omissions, delays, claim outcomes, patient outcomes, employment actions, licensing actions, audits, or legal proceedings.

6. HIPAA & PHI Restrictions

You must not enter patient identifiers or protected health information into this platform. Prohibited input includes, without limitation, patient names, dates of birth, phone numbers, addresses, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, account numbers, or other direct identifiers. Requests containing identifiers may be blocked, logged, reviewed, and denied. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with HIPAA, privacy law, agency policy, and all applicable confidentiality obligations.

7. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or inappropriate for the clinical scenario. The platform may omit relevant facts, misstate chronology, overstate or understate severity, or generate wording that requires correction before use.

8. No Guarantee of Accuracy

No representation, warranty, or guarantee is made regarding completeness, correctness, accuracy, reliability, legal sufficiency, billing sufficiency, or fitness for a particular purpose. You must independently review, verify, and approve all output before relying on it for any purpose.

9. Professional Use Only

This platform is intended solely for trained professional use. It is not designed for patient-facing use, consumer use, or use by individuals lacking authority to prepare, review, or finalize EMS documentation.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to submit PHI, attempt prompt injection, override safety rules, reverse engineer protected instructions, rely on output without review, submit unlawful content, or use the platform in any manner that violates agency policy, privacy law, professional standards, or applicable regulation.

11. Data & Monitoring

You acknowledge and agree that platform activity, including authentication events, generated content, blocked content, safety events, administrative actions, and operational usage, may be logged, monitored, retained, and reviewed for security, fraud prevention, compliance, product improvement, audit, or administrative purposes.

12. Account Termination

Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for security concerns, misuse, policy violations, legal risk, nonpayment, operational necessity, or any other reason determined in the company’s sole discretion.

13. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of the platform does not create any provider-patient, clinician-patient, medical-director relationship, or advisory relationship between the company and any patient, provider, agency, or user.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your documentation, your submitted content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law, policy, or professional obligations.

15. Changes to Terms

The company may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
